Instructions

1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped spinach and sauté for about 2-3 minutes until wilted.

2. In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt and black beans. Mix well and season with cumin, salt, and pepper.

3. Serve the yogurt and black bean mixture topped with sautéed spinach. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
