Instructions
1.
In a non-stick skillet, cook the egg whites over medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until fully cooked.
2.
Add the cheese to the egg whites and stir until melted.
3.
Top the scrambled egg whites with salsa and remove from heat.
4.
Toast the whole grain bread until golden brown.
5.
Serve the egg mixture alongside the toast and a generous scoop of Greek yogurt.

1/2 cup salsa
4.
2 cups low-fat or fat-free Greek yogurt
