Instructions
1.
In a large bowl, combine Greek yogurt and protein powder. Mix well until smooth (2 minutes).
2.
Layer half of the yogurt mixture into four serving bowls.
3.
Add a layer of granola and mixed fruit on top of the yogurt (3 minutes).
4.
Repeat the layers with the remaining yogurt, granola, and fruit (3 minutes).
5.
Sprinkle chia seeds and cinnamon on top if desired (1 minute).
6.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
