Instructions
1.
In a large bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and vanilla extract (if using). Mix well until smooth.

Add the chia seeds and stir until evenly distributed.

Fold in the pomegranate seeds gently to avoid breaking them.
4.
If desired, drizzle honey or maple syrup for added sweetness and mix well.
5.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 30 minutes to allow the chia seeds to expand slightly.
