Instructions
1.
1. In a bowl, whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper until well combined.

2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly coat with cooking spray or a small amount of olive oil.

3. Pour the eggs into the skillet and scramble gently until cooked through, about 3-5 minutes.

4. While the eggs are cooking, prepare your serving bowls with 1/2 cup of Nosa coconut yogurt each.

5. Top the yogurt with the scrambled eggs and sprinkle sunflower seeds on top.
6.
6. For added nutrition, mix in some fresh spinach or other leafy greens into the yogurt before adding the eggs.
