Instructions
1.
1. Begin by boiling or scrambling the eggs. If boiling, place them in a pot of water, bring to a boil, then simmer for 9-12 minutes. If scrambling, cook in a non-stick pan over medium heat until fully cooked.

2. While the eggs are cooking, toast the whole grain bread until golden brown.

3. In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with honey and cinnamon if desired.
