Instructions

In a medium bowl, add the Greek yogurt and stir until smooth (1 minute).

Chop the protein bar into small pieces and fold it into the yogurt (1 minute).
3.
Add fresh berries and chia seeds, mixing gently to combine (1 minute).
4.
If desired, drizzle honey on top for added sweetness (30 seconds).
5.
Serve immediately in bowls or store in the refrigerator for later (1 minute).
