Instructions
1.
In a large bowl, add the Greek yogurt and mix until smooth (2 minutes).

In a separate bowl, combine the frozen blueberries, chia seeds, honey, and cinnamon (2 minutes).
3.
Layer the yogurt in serving bowls, followed by the blueberry mixture on top (3 minutes).
4.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 30 minutes to allow the chia seeds to absorb moisture.
