Instructions

In a large bowl, add the Greek yogurt and stir in the vanilla extract if using. (2 minutes)

Layer the yogurt evenly into four bowls or cups. (2 minutes)
3.
Top each serving with sliced bananas and strawberries. (3 minutes)
4.
Sprinkle chia seeds over the top of the fruit. (1 minute)
5.
Drizzle with honey or maple syrup if desired, keeping it minimal. (1 minute)
6.
Serve immediately and enjoy your healthy breakfast!
