Instructions

    In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt and honey (if using) until smooth. (2 minutes)

    Layer the yogurt mixture in serving bowls or cups. (2 minutes)

    Top with mixed berries and sprinkle chia seeds on top. (2 minutes)

  • 4.

    Serve with whole grain toast topped with sautéed spinach. (5 minutes)
