Yes adding some nuts or almonds next time is a fantastic idea! They are a good source of healthy fats and will add a nice crunch to your meal. Just remember to keep the portion size in check to avoid adding too many calories

Instructions

    In a large bowl, combine the coconut milk yogurt alternative and Kachava superfood powder. Mix well until smooth (2 minutes).

    Add the ground flaxseed and stir until fully incorporated (1 minute).

    Gently fold in the blueberries, being careful not to mash them (1 minute).

  • 4.

    Serve the mixture in bowls and top with chopped almonds (2 minutes).

  • 5.

    Enjoy immediately for a refreshing breakfast!
