Instructions
1.
In a large bowl, combine the plain Greek yogurt and peanut butter. Mix until smooth and well combined (about 2 minutes).
2.
Add the sliced bananas and gently fold them into the yogurt mixture.
3.
Sprinkle the sliced almonds on top and add cinnamon if desired.
4.
If you prefer a sweeter taste, drizzle honey or maple syrup over the top.
5.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
