Instructions
1.
In a bowl, serve 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt per person.
2.
Top each serving with 1/4 cup of fresh blackberries.
3.
In a non-stick skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat (optional).

Crack the eggs into a bowl, whisk them, and season with salt and pepper.
5.
Pour the eggs into the skillet and scramble until cooked through, about 3-5 minutes.
6.
Add halved cherry tomatoes to the eggs in the last minute of cooking.
7.
Serve the scrambled eggs alongside the yogurt and berries.
