Instructions

Toast the Ezekial bread slices until golden brown (about 3-4 minutes).

In a non-stick skillet, cook the eggs and egg whites over medium heat, stirring occasionally until fully cooked (about 5-6 minutes).

Spread 2 tablespoons of hummus on each slice of toasted bread.

Top each slice with the scrambled eggs.
