Instructions
1.
In a bowl, crumble the tofu and mix in turmeric, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
2.
Toast the Ezekiel bread slices until golden brown.
3.
Spread a generous layer of low-sodium hummus on each slice of toast.
4.
Top the hummus with the seasoned tofu mixture.
5.
Serve with apple slices and almonds on the side.
