Instructions
1.
1. Toast the Ezekiel bread slices until golden brown (about 3-4 minutes).

2. In a non-stick skillet, cook the eggs over medium heat until desired doneness (about 3-5 minutes).

3. Spread hummus evenly on each slice of toasted bread.

4. Place the cooked eggs on top of the hummus-covered bread.

5. If using, sprinkle low-fat cheese on top and let it melt slightly.

6. Serve with sliced pear and enjoy with almonds as a snack later.
