Instructions
1.
Toast the whole grain bread slices until golden brown (about 3-4 minutes).

While the bread is toasting, heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.

Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook to your desired doneness (about 3-4 minutes for sunny-side up).

Spread a generous layer of hummus on each slice of toasted bread.

Top each slice with a cooked egg.
