Hey Rebecca happy Saturday! Hope youre enjoying the weekend Your breakfast choice is a great source of lean protein and healthy fats. And the oranges theyre a nice touch of fiber! I thought Id send you a quick reminder about the 6 or 4 month discount offers I mentioned earlier as they **expire in 4 days**. Did you have a chance to think about them at all?

Instructions

  • 1.

    1. Begin by heating a non-stick skillet over medium heat.

  • 2.

    2. Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook until the whites are set and the yolks are still runny, about 3-4 minutes.

  • 3.

    3. While the eggs are cooking, slice the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh. Cut into slices.

  • 4.

    4. Peel the oranges and separate them into segments.

  • 5.

    5. Once the eggs are cooked, plate them alongside the avocado slices and orange segments.
