Instructions
1.
1. Begin by boiling the eggs. Place them in a pot, cover with water, and bring to a boil. Once boiling, cover and remove from heat. Let sit for 10-12 minutes, then cool in ice water before peeling.

2. While the eggs are cooking, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chopped kale and sauté for about 5 minutes until wilted. Season with salt and pepper.

3. In the same skillet, add turkey sausage links and cook according to package instructions until browned and heated through.

4. Slice the avocados and set aside.

5. Once the eggs are ready, peel and slice them in half. Serve alongside the sautéed kale, turkey sausage, and sliced avocado.
