Instructions

  • 1.

    Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    In a large bowl, combine grated cauliflower, low-fat cheese fake meat, eggs, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

    Form the mixture into patties, about 1/2 inch thick.

    Place the patties on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.

    While the patties are baking, cook the eggs to your preference (poached, scrambled, or fried).

    Serve the cauliflower patties topped with eggs and a side of mixed berries.
