Instructions

1. Start by seasoning the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.

2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly coat with cooking spray or a small amount of olive oil.

3. Add the chicken thighs to the skillet and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and no longer pink in the center.

4. While the chicken is cooking, whisk the egg whites in a bowl until frothy.
