Instructions

1. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. If using olive oil, add it to the pan.

2. Add the diced onion, green bell pepper, and red bell pepper to the skillet. Sauté for about 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

3. Stir in the diced chicken apple sausage and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.

4. In a bowl, whisk the egg whites with salt and pepper. Pour the egg whites over the sautéed vegetables and sausage in the skillet.

5. Cook for about 3-4 minutes, gently stirring until the egg whites are fully cooked and set.

6. Serve hot and enjoy your healthy Lean Protein Breakfast!
