“Scrambled egg turkey bacon strawberries”

Instructions
1.
1. Begin by cooking the turkey bacon in a non-stick skillet over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes, or until crispy. Remove and set aside.

2. In the same skillet, reduce the heat to low and spray with cooking spray or add a small amount of olive oil.

3. Crack the eggs into a bowl, whisk them together with salt and pepper, and pour into the skillet.

4. Stir gently with a spatula, cooking until the eggs are just set, about 3-4 minutes.

5. While the eggs are cooking, wash and slice the strawberries.
6.
6. Serve the scrambled eggs alongside the turkey bacon and fresh strawberries.
