Instructions
1.
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2.
In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, protein powder, cinnamon, and salt.
3.
In another bowl, combine the almond butter, honey (or maple syrup), and applesauce until smooth.
4.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
5.
Fold in the mixed berries and chopped nuts.
6.
Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper and pour the mixture into the dish, spreading it evenly.
7.
Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
8.
Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
8.
1/4 teaspoon salt
9.
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
