Overnight oats with almond milk Greek yogurt honey and vanilla

Instructions

  • 1.

    In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, almond milk, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract.

  • 2.

    Stir in chia seeds if using, and mix well until all ingredients are combined.

  • 3.

    Divide the mixture into four jars or containers, sealing them tightly.

  • 4.

    Refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours) to allow the oats to absorb the liquid.

  • 5.

    In the morning, give the oats a good stir and top with fresh fruits before serving.
