Instructions
1.
In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, chia seeds, and hemp hearts.

Add the Fage 2% plain yogurt and milk, stirring until well mixed.
3.
Stir in the dried fruit, vanilla extract, and cinnamon if using.
4.
Divide the mixture into four jars or containers.
5.
Top each jar with sliced banana.
6.
Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours) to allow the oats to soak up the liquid.
7.
In the morning, give it a good stir and enjoy your healthy overnight oats!
