Instructions
1.
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.

Add the eggs and Greek yogurt to the mashed bananas and mix well.

In another bowl, combine the rolled oats, protein powder, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon.
5.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
6.
If using, fold in the chopped nuts and dark chocolate chips.
7.
Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and smooth the top.
8.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
9.
Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
