Instructions
1.
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2.
In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
3.
Add the rolled oats, protein powder, applesauce, almond milk, baking powder, baking soda, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt. Mix until well combined.
4.
If desired, fold in chopped nuts and dark chocolate chips.
5.
Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and smooth the top.
6.
Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
7.
Let it cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
