Instructions
1.
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2.
In a large bowl, mix the mashed bananas, Greek yogurt, applesauce, and eggs until well combined.

In another bowl, combine the whole grain flour, rolled oats, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
4.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined. If using, fold in the chopped nuts or seeds.
5.
Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and smooth the top.
6.
Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
7.
Let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
