Instructions
1.
1. Begin by boiling the eggs. Place them in a pot, cover with water, and bring to a boil. Once boiling, cover and remove from heat. Let sit for 12 minutes.

2. After 12 minutes, transfer the eggs to an ice bath to cool for about 5 minutes. This makes peeling easier.

3. While the eggs are cooling, wash and slice the apples into wedges.

4. Once the eggs are cool, peel them and slice in half. Optionally, sprinkle with a little salt or serve with almond butter for added flavor.

5. Arrange the apple slices and egg halves on a plate and enjoy your healthy protein breakfast!
