Instructions

    Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the frozen hash browns. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until they start to brown, stirring occasionally.

    Add the diced onion, red bell pepper, and green bell pepper to the skillet. Sauté for another 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
