3 boiled eggs blueberries bananas and 3 whole strawberries. I know my breakfasts have been redundant but it works for me.

Instructions

    Boil the eggs: Place the eggs in a pot, cover with water, and bring to a boil. Once boiling, cover and remove from heat. Let sit for 12-15 minutes, then cool in ice water.

    Prepare the fruit: While the eggs are boiling, wash and slice the bananas and strawberries.

  • 3.

    Assemble the bowl: In a large bowl, place the boiled eggs, sliced bananas, blueberries, and strawberries.

  • 4.

    Season to taste: Optionally, sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon or a drizzle of honey for added flavor.
