Instructions
1.
Toast the gluten-free bagels until golden brown (about 3-5 minutes).
2.
Spread 1 tablespoon of herb and garlic low-fat cream cheese on each bagel half.
3.
In a blender, combine brewed coffee, protein powder, and almond milk (if using). Blend until smooth and frothy (about 30 seconds).
4.
Pour the protein coffee into glasses, adding ice cubes if desired.
5.
Serve the bagels with fresh blueberries on the side and enjoy your healthy breakfast!
