Instructions
1.
In a blender, combine the almond milk, protein powder, and spinach. Blend until smooth (about 1-2 minutes).

In a small saucepan, heat the blended mixture over medium heat until warm, stirring occasionally (about 3-5 minutes).

Prepare your espresso or brewed coffee in a separate cup.
4.
Pour the warm protein mixture over the coffee and stir gently to combine.
5.
Warm the whole grain wrap in a skillet for 1-2 minutes on each side.
6.
Spread the crumbled feta cheese inside the wrap, roll it up, and serve alongside your Protein Latte.
