Instructions
1.
In a medium saucepan, combine rolled oats and dairy-free milk. Bring to a boil over medium heat (about 3-4 minutes).
2.
Once boiling, reduce heat to low and stir in protein powder, chia seeds, cocoa powder, and cinnamon. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until thickened.
3.
Remove from heat and stir in nut butter until well combined.
4.
Serve warm, topped with sliced banana and a sprinkle of additional cinnamon if desired.

1 scoop protein powder (vanilla or chocolate flavor)

1 tablespoon chia seeds
5.
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder (optional)

1 tablespoon natural nut butter (almond or peanut, no added sugar)
7.
1 banana, sliced
8.
1 teaspoon cinnamon
9.
Sweetener of choice (stevia or monk fruit, optional)
