Instructions

  • 1.

    In a blender, combine rolled oats, protein powder, applesauce, almond milk, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Blend until smooth (about 1-2 minutes).

  • 2.

    Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a little butter.

  • 3.

    Pour 1/4 cup of the batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface (about 2-3 minutes).

  • 4.

    Flip the pancakes and cook for another 2-3 minutes until golden brown.

  • 5.

    Serve warm topped with fresh strawberries, blueberries, and a drizzle of zero sugar maple syrup.

    1/4 teaspoon salt

    1 tablespoon butter (for cooking)

    Zero sugar maple syrup (for serving)
