Your protein pancakes with bacon and a banana sound like a delicious way to start the day! The bacon adds some protein and the banana is a great choice for a natural sweetener. Keep the momentum going and Im sure youll come up with another tasty meal!

Instructions

  • 1.

In a blender, combine rolled oats, protein powder, mashed banana, egg whites, almond milk, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Blend until smooth (about 1-2 minutes).

  • 2.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with cooking spray.

  • 3.

Pour 1/4 cup of the batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook for 2-3 minutes until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
