Instructions
1.
In a blender, combine rolled oats, protein powder, baking powder, cinnamon, almond milk, egg, egg whites, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth (about 1-2 minutes).

Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with cooking spray.
3.
Pour 1/4 cup of the batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until bubbles form on the surface.
4.
Flip the pancakes and cook for another 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
5.
Serve warm, topped with fresh strawberries, raspberries, and a drizzle of sugar-free syrup if desired.
