Dont judge the presentation lol I had the wrong pan and they are not pretty. Protein powder pancakes w/blueberries fresh fruit and I did eat a 1/2 teaspoon of peanut butter for some fat

dont you worry Ive been there and they taste the same gooood!! And its great to see youre also mindful of adding a bit of healthy fat with the peanut butter. Youre just one breakfast away from reaching your weekly target

Instructions

  • 1.

In a blender, combine rolled oats, protein powder, mashed banana, almond milk, baking powder, and cinnamon. Blend until smooth (about 1-2 minutes).

  • 2.

Fold in the mixed berries gently to avoid breaking them.

  • 3.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with cooking spray or a small amount of oil.

  • 4.

Pour 1/4 cup of the batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook for 2-3 minutes until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until golden brown.

  • 5.

Repeat with the remaining batter, adjusting the heat as necessary to prevent burning.

  • 6.

Serve warm with a drizzle of peanut butter and additional fresh berries on top.

  • 1.

    1 cup rolled oats
