Instructions

1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.

2. Add cherry tomatoes and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they start to soften.

3. Add spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

4. In a separate pan, cook the turkey sausage patties according to package instructions until browned and cooked through.
