Instructions

1. In a bowl, crack the eggs and whisk them until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.

2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly coat with cooking spray or a small amount of olive oil.

3. Pour the whisked eggs into the skillet and let them cook for about 1-2 minutes without stirring.

4. Gently stir the eggs with a spatula, allowing them to cook evenly. Continue until they are just set but still soft, about 3-4 minutes.
