“I made 3 eggs in a pan and added a half of a tomato on the side. Touch of salt and pepper. Satisfied my current hunger and i feel the struggle is with how i feel hungry Immediately (few minutes ) after my last bite. I could keep eating but I think its more of a misidentification of what Im feeling.”

Instructions
