Instructions

In a blender, combine the almond milk, protein powder, banana, almond butter, chia seeds, and spinach (if using).

Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 30-60 seconds.

Add ice cubes if you prefer a colder shake and blend again until desired consistency is reached.
4.
Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary (consider adding a few drops of stevia or a splash of vanilla extract).
5.
Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately!
