Instructions

In a blender, combine the Premier Protein shake and water.

Add the banana, chia seeds, and spinach (if using).
3.
Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 30-60 seconds.
4.
Taste and adjust sweetness if needed by adding a little more banana or a splash of vanilla extract.
5.
Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately!
