Instructions
1.
In a blender, combine the almond milk, protein powder, banana, chia seeds, and peanut butter.
2.
If using, add the spinach and ice cubes.
3.
Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 30-60 seconds.
4.
Taste and adjust sweetness if needed (consider adding a few drops of stevia or honey).
5.
Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately!
