I forgot to take a photo but I had a protein shake and 1 piece of toast. Wasnt really hungry this morning so I didnt finish the protein shake.

Instructions

  • 1.

    In a blender, combine the almond milk, protein powder, banana, chia seeds, and peanut butter.

  • 2.

    If using, add the spinach and ice cubes.

  • 3.

    Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 30-60 seconds.

  • 4.

    Taste and adjust sweetness if needed (consider adding a few drops of stevia or honey).

  • 5.

    Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately!
