Instructions

1. Boil the eggs: Place the eggs in a pot of cold water, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 8-10 minutes for hard-boiled eggs. Remove and cool in cold water.

2. Prepare the salmon: While the eggs are cooking, lay out the smoked salmon on a plate.

3. Mix the cream cheese: In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese with fresh dill, salt, and pepper to taste.

4. Assemble: Once the eggs are cool, peel them and slice in half. Spread the cream cheese mixture on top of the salmon, and place the egg halves on the side.
