Good morning Amy! Its great to hear that youre committed to your water intake goal. It can indeed be challenging to keep up with hydration while on the road. One strategy could be to plan your stops around refilling your water bottle. Also try to drink a good amount of water before you start your journey and right after it ends. Remember every bit counts towards your goal so even if you dont hit the 2 liters mark some days its important to keep trying.

Instructions

  • 1.

In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, raisins, and mixed nuts.

  • 2.

In individual serving bowls, add 1/2 cup of skyr.

  • 3.

Top the skyr with the oat mixture evenly.

  • 4.

Sprinkle cinnamon on top if desired.

  • 5.

Drizzle with honey or maple syrup for added sweetness, if using.

  • 6.

Serve immediately and enjoy your healthy breakfast!
