Instructions

In a non-stick skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat (if using).

Add chopped spinach and diced tomatoes, sautéing for 2-3 minutes until spinach is wilted.

Pour the egg whites into the skillet, stirring gently to combine with the vegetables.

Cook for 3-4 minutes until the egg whites are set.

Remove from heat and stir in crumbled feta cheese.

Warm the whole wheat wraps in a separate skillet or microwave for a few seconds.

Divide the egg mixture among the wraps, roll them up, and serve warm.
