And once again very rich in protein and fiber! Great start to the day can never go wrong with a shake like that.

Instructions

  • 1.

    In a blender, combine the almond milk, strawberries, banana, protein powder, chia seeds, and vanilla extract.

  • 2.

    Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.

  • 3.

    If you prefer a thicker smoothie, add ice cubes and blend again until desired consistency is reached.

  • 4.

    Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary, adding a little honey or maple syrup if desired (keep in mind this will increase sugar content).

  • 5.

    Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately!
