Instructions

In a blender, combine the strawberries, bananas, almond milk, protein powder, and chia seeds.

Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
3.
Taste the smoothie and add honey or maple syrup if desired, then blend again.

Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately for the best flavor and texture.
